This achievement reflects the company’s leading position and its track record spanning more than five decades in developing integrated urban projects across the Kingdom.

Among its most prominent developments is the TURA project, one of its flagship projects in Riyadh, with an investment value of approximately USD 1.3 billion and covering an area of 250,000 square meters.
