“Mohammad Al Habib” Real Estate Company has won the Best Real Estate Developer Award for 2026 during the “Construction Innovation Awards” ceremony in Saudi Arabia, organized by Construction Business News. This achievement reflects the company’s leading position and its track record spanning more than five decades in developing integrated urban projects across the Kingdom.

This recognition comes in appreciation of the company’s distinguished projects that contribute to reshaping the urban landscape in Saudi Arabia. Among its most prominent developments is the TURA project, one of its flagship projects in Riyadh, with an investment value of approximately USD 1.3 billion and covering an area of 250,000 square meters. The project embodies the concept of an integrated and sustainable city through smart infrastructure, expansive green spaces, and a full range of educational, commercial, healthcare, and recreational facilities.

The company has also strengthened its presence in the real estate market through the ENAR project, which reflects its direction toward developing modern urban communities. In addition, it has delivered thousands of residential units, including more than 1,200 completed housing units across its various developments—demonstrating its ability to combine speed of execution with high construction quality standards.

Among its notable previous projects is the luxury residential development Eyal Khuzam, located in the heart of the Khuzam district in northern Riyadh. It is considered one of the most prominent modern real estate developments due to its premium quality and strategic location. The company has also developed the KAHEEL project, which received two international awards within the Arab category of the International Property Awards, in the fields of Residential Development and Mixed-Use Development, reflecting the company’s excellence and innovation in real estate development.

On this occasion, Abdullah Al Habib, CEO of Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate, stated: “We are proud to receive the Best Real Estate Developer Award for 2026. This recognition reflects the company’s journey and the efforts of our team and partners in achieving success. This accomplishment motivates us to continue innovating and delivering high-quality projects that enhance quality of life and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, while developing urban destinations that create a sustainable legacy for future generations.”

This award adds to the company’s strong record of local and international achievements, reinforcing Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate’s position as one of the leading real estate developers in Saudi Arabia and highlighting its active role in shaping a more prosperous and sustainable urban future.

It is worth noting that Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate was established in 1972 as a pioneering real estate development company in the Kingdom. Its journey began with the launch of the Aswaq Makkah project in 1975, the first enclosed shopping center in Saudi Arabia, before expanding to develop more than fifty landmark projects across ten cities in the Kingdom.

Driven by values of trust, quality, and commitment, the company continues today to lead a renewed urban vision with a team of more than 350 specialists, supported by a distinguished portfolio of achievements. Among its most notable milestones is its entry into the Guinness World Records after executing the largest continuous concrete pour in the world as part of the KAHEEL project.

The Construction Innovation Awards in Saudi Arabia, organized by Construction Business News under BNC Publishing, are among the most prominent specialized awards in the construction sector, recognizing individuals, organizations, and projects that make outstanding contributions to advancing the industry across the region
