RIYADH — The Riyadh University for Arts (RUA) has opened admissions and registration for its first student cohort on May 14, across four colleges offering eight academic programs, with the first phase of its educational programs set to launch on September 6.

The programs now open for admission and registration include a Bachelor’s degree in Film and Television Production, a Master’s degree in Screenwriting, and an Intermediate Diploma in Film and Television Production under the College of Film; a Bachelor’s degree in Music Production, a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Music under the College of Music; a Bachelor’s degree in Theatrical and Cinematic Acting under the College of Theater and Performing Arts; in addition to a Master’s degree in Arts Management under the College of Cultural Management.

These programs represent an academic launch that reflects the university’s aim to offer a diverse range of specializations in line with the evolving cultural landscape in the Kingdom.

Delivered through academic frameworks, the programs prioritize quality outcomes, an integrated educational experience, and alignment with the sector’s needs and future opportunities.

Applications for the academic programs are subject to the specific conditions and standards of each program, depending on its academic nature and level.

This includes admission requirements such as academic qualifications, examinations, interviews, auditions, portfolios, and other evaluation tools designed to assess applicants fairly and systematically, ensuring the selection of students who are best prepared for each program.

The university invited prospective applicants to review details regarding tuition fees, scholarship programs, academic programs, admission requirements, application procedures, and deadlines through the university’s official website, rua.edu.sa.

The university has recently entered into partnerships with leading international institutions to design advanced academic programs, collaborate on scientific research, and offer rich educational and cultural programs.

These partnerships also support talent development by fostering creativity and building entrepreneurial skills, helping empower artists, researchers, and cultural leaders to drive the creative economy and elevate the Kingdom’s cultural future toward even greater prosperity.
