Jazan Region continues to strengthen its position as a growing developmental and tourism destination through high-quality municipal projects along the Red Sea coast. Chief among these is the Jazan waterfront road, an urban project implemented by the Jazan Municipality that has become a year-round attraction, embodying the region’s continuous infrastructure and recreational development.

Stretching 2.1 kilometers, the waterfront road integrates comprehensive facilities to enhance the visitor experience. The site features dedicated parking areas, pedestrian walkways, accessible spaces for people with disabilities, and a series of coastal cafes and restaurants, offering diverse options for leisure and recreation against open sea views.

The promenade serves as an open space for sports, recreation, and photography, particularly during coastal sunsets. These continuous municipal initiatives to develop parks, walkways, and waterfronts support urban infrastructure, enhance the local quality of life, and boost the region’s broader appeal, aligning with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
