King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), in cooperation with the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), organized an in-depth strategic session today via videoconference to discuss challenges and solutions for enhancing humanitarian access in Afghanistan, Gaza Strip, and Syria.
The session brought together directors of specialized departments at KSrelief, a representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and officials from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in the Palestinian territories, Syria, and Afghanistan.
Discussions focused on the key challenges affecting the flow of humanitarian assistance into Afghanistan, as well as the delivery of humanitarian aid and relief supplies to beneficiaries in Gaza Strip.
The session forms part of KSrelief’s ongoing efforts to strengthen coordination among international partners and develop humanitarian mechanisms that support the delivery of aid to the most vulnerable populations in crisis-affected regions around the world.
