The Institute of Public Administration (IPA), through its Business Center, concluded the Future-Proofed Leadership track yesterday. The track, carried out by IPA with Harvard Business Impact, was attended by a number of senior leaders from government and semi-government entities.
IPA said the track aimed to develop leadership capabilities and strengthen the readiness of national leaders to keep pace with rapid changes by applying modern global practices in leading institutional transformation and achieving sustainability, in line with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
The track forms part of IPA’s efforts to develop national leaders through specialized programs and tracks implemented in partnership with international institutions, helping enhance institutional performance and support national development objectives.
