RIYADH — The Ministry of Education will announce school examination results electronically through the Education Portal and the Tawakkalna platform, starting Monday, providing students and parents with easier and more convenient access to their results, Okaz newspaper reported.

The ministry urged students and parents in all regions across the Kingdom except the schools under the educational departments of Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and Taif, to access the Education Portal or the Tawakkalna App as soon as the results are released on the scheduled date. It noted that the digital service is designed to enhance the efficiency of electronic services and facilitate access for users.

In a related development, the Ministry of Education has authorized elementary and intermediate school students to sit for alternative central examinations during the second session in all subjects, in accordance with the approved specifications table. These examinations will commence next Tuesday across all education departments in Saudi Arabia, with the exception of the education departments in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and Taif.

In those departments, written end-of-semester examinations for the second semester of the current academic year will begin Sunday, June 21, while second-session examinations are scheduled to commence in the middle of next week. In all other regions across the Kingdom, the final exams started on June 14.

Approximately two million male and female students across the four educational departments are sitting for examinations at various academic levels. Schools have undertaken extensive preparations to ensure the smooth administration of the examinations and to provide a suitable environment for students.

The ministry has also stressed the importance of strict adherence to approved examination procedures. These include completing the marking process immediately after each examination session, finalizing the review and verification stages, and subsequently recording the results in the Noor electronic system.
