The partnership will streamline primary source verification for healthcare practitioners joining Saudi German Health UAE, supporting regulatory compliance, patient safety and public trust.

Dubai — DataFlow Group, a global leader in Primary Source Verification (PSV) and credential verification solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi German Health UAE to strengthen healthcare workforce credentialing across the country.

The agreement establishes DataFlow as the designated Primary Source Verification partner for healthcare practitioners referred by Saudi German Health UAE. The partnership is designed to create a more streamlined verification pathway for professionals joining one of the region’s largest private healthcare networks, while supporting compliance with the requirements of UAE health regulatory authorities.

Under the MoU, SGH-referred practitioners will have access to DataFlow’s suite of services, including Premium PSV, VIP Assist, Document Concierge, Licensing and Credentialing Support, Digital Footprint Checks and Prometric Nursing Exam Training. The partnership will also support UAE Golden Visa applications where applicable.

The collaboration also includes a dedicated VIP Service Desk for DataFlow employees at Saudi German Health facilities, reflecting the reciprocal and people-focused nature of the agreement.

Beyond regulatory compliance, the partnership aims to enhance patient safety and public trust by ensuring that healthcare practitioners joining SGH facilities are verified through rigorous primary source checks. The move will help families seeking care at Saudi German Health hospitals and clinics have greater confidence that the professionals treating them hold authentic and fully validated qualifications.

Sunil Kumar, Chief Executive Officer of DataFlow Group, said: “At DataFlow, we believe that verified credentials are the foundation of safe, high-quality healthcare. This MoU with Saudi German Health reflects our shared conviction that every practitioner entering a clinical environment should be thoroughly and efficiently verified.

“We are proud to bring our technology and network to support SGH’s mission of delivering world-class care.”

Saudi German Health UAE said the agreement will help accelerate practitioner onboarding while maintaining strong regulatory and quality standards across its network.

Dr Ahmed Eissa, Group CEO, Saudi German Health UAE, said: “When we say, ‘Caring Like Family,’ we mean it in the most literal sense. A family does not see you as a number or a case file; it sees you as a person, knows your name, and stays by your side when things are difficult. That is the standard we hold ourselves to every day at Saudi German Health UAE.”

He added: “Our practitioners are at the heart of everything we do at Saudi German Health UAE. Ensuring their credentials are verified accurately and swiftly is a commitment to our patients and the trust they place in our institutions across the UAE. Partnering with DataFlow gives us access to a world-class verification infrastructure.”

The MoU will run for an initial period of 12 months, with provisions for renewal by mutual agreement. DataFlow will assign a dedicated single point of contact for Saudi German Health UAE and provide access to its client portal for real-time tracking of application progress and performance KPIs.
