BHM Capital, the leading financial institution in the capital markets of the United Arab Emirates, announced its financial results for the first half of 2026, marking another period of strong performance as the Company continues to scale its business, strengthen its financial position, and reinforce its market leadership across the UAE’s capital markets.

For the six months ended 30 June 2026, BHM Capital reported revenue of AED 118.99 million, representing a 25% increase compared to AED 95.26 million in the corresponding period of 2025. Net profit reached AED 25.20 million, an increase of 14% year-on-year.

The Company’s financial position also continued to strengthen, with total assets increasing to AED 2.16 billion, compared to AED 2.12 billion in the first half of 2025, while shareholders’ equity grew to AED 514.43 million, up from AED 509.23 million over the same period. These results reflect the continued strength of BHM Capital’s balance sheet and its capacity to support the Company’s continued expansion and long-term growth ambitions.

Reinforcing its market leadership, BHM Capital maintained its position as the leading broker for new investor acquisition across the UAE during the first half of 2026. The Company opened 17,003 new trading accounts on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM), representing 38.42% of all new accounts opened during the period, while adding 13,708 new trading accounts on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), accounting for 39.29% of all new market openings. Combined, BHM Capital opened 30,711 new trading accounts across both exchanges, capturing 38.81% of all new trading accounts opened in the UAE during the first six months of the year.

Mr. Abdel Hadi Al Sa’di, Chief Executive Officer of BHM Capital, said: “Our first-half results reflect the successful execution of our growth strategy and the increasing scale and strength of BHM Capital’s business. The progress achieved during the period provides us with a strong foundation to pursue the next phase of our growth, broaden our capabilities, and capture new opportunities across regional and international capital markets.

“Beyond our financial performance, we continued to strengthen our market leadership by welcoming more than 30,000 new investors across the UAE’s capital markets during the first half of the year. This achievement reflects the confidence that clients place in BHM Capital and reinforces our commitment to delivering innovative financial solutions, exceptional client service, and continued investment in technology as we expand our platform and create long-term value for our clients and shareholders.”

The H1 2026 performance reflects BHM Capital’s broader strategy to scale its capabilities, deepen its presence across regional and international markets, and strengthen its position as an integrated financial services platform. This strategy is supported by continued investment in technology and trading infrastructure, alongside the development of strategic partnerships that expand the Company’s reach and capabilities.

As one of the region’s leading financial institutions, BHM Capital continues to expand its comprehensive suite of capital markets services, including brokerage, market making, asset management, investment banking, liquidity provision, and corporate advisory, further strengthening its role in supporting the development, liquidity, and connectivity of regional capital markets.
