Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) and upsource by solutions, a business process outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience company, have signed a strategic agreement to establish and operate a unified guest support center serving Qiddiya City.
The center will provide an integrated model for managing interactions with Qiddiya City guests, helping enhance their experience and improve the efficiency of services provided to them.
Under the agreement, upsource will operate the center and provide comprehensive guest support services, unifying communication channels and facilitating access to information and services. The center will also improve the efficiency of addressing guest inquiries and needs before their journey begins and throughout their experience.
The collaboration is based on a flexible operating model that combines specialized expertise in BPO and customer experience with advanced technologies, supporting faster response times and more integrated services.
The center will support Qiddiya City’s entertainment destinations, including Six Flags Qiddiya City and the water theme park Aquarabia, as well as future destinations, providing guests with a central point of contact for their needs and facilitating access to information and services.
The partnership reflects both companies’ commitment to developing operating models that enhance the guest experience and adapt to the expansion of destinations and services. It also supports the continued growth of the Kingdom’s entertainment and tourism sectors in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
