The 15-year-old was seriously injured in the northern city of Lens on Monday. Unverified police reports said that he had picked up a stun grenade. JERUSALEM — Israeli prosecutors charged a university teacher on Monday with planning coordinated attacks to kill “hundreds” of Arab citizens of Israel and Palestinians in the West Bank, the state attorney’s office said.
