The Ministry of Interior has announced that a fine of up to SAR100,000 will be imposed on anyone who applies for any type of visit visa on behalf of individuals who perform, or attempt to perform, Hajj without a permit, or who enter or stay in Makkah and the holy sites. LONDON — More than 400,000 people are diagnosed with cancer each year in the United Kingdom, a record high that highlights growing pressure on the country’s healthcare system, according to a new report. Cancer Research UK said more than 403,000 new cancer cases are now recorded annually, equal to around 1,100 diagnoses every day, or one every 80 seconds.
