Saudi Arabia launched the second gateway of the Makkah Route Initiative in the Kingdom of Morocco at the initiative’s hall at Rabat-Salé International Airport. Meta Platforms recently completed its purchase of Assured Robot Intelligence, a startup developing AI models for robots, as part of a major initiative focused on building humanoid technology. A representative for Meta told Mobile World Live it closed the acquisition on the 1st of May 2026. LEIPZIG, Germany — At least two people have been killed and several others injured after a car plowed into a crowd in the eastern German city of Leipzig, local authorities said.
