RABAT — Moroccan authorities said Saturday they foiled a mass attempt by irregular migrants to cross from the northern city of Fnideq into the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, amid heightened security along the border. RIYADH — Saudi security forces arrested a total of 14,542 illegal residents in a week. The arrests were made in joint inspections, carried out in collaboration with the relevant government agencies, during the period between Aug. 6 and Aug. 12, the Ministry of Interior announced on Saturday.
