JEDDAH — Active winds raising dust and sand are expected to affect parts of the Makkah and Madinah regions from Wednesday through Friday, accompanied by high waves along parts of the Red Sea coast, according to the National Center for Meteorology (NCM). The government of India is reportedly planning to offer longer tax exemptions to foreign technology companies.
