The Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) Saudi Arabia has successfully concluded “The Quantum Journey” exhibition, held under the theme “Shaping the Future of the Quantum Workforce,” in collaboration with King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST), King Salman Science Oasis (KSSO), the Institute of Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC), and ICB Labs.
The exhibition welcomed several senior government officials and attracted more than 1,500 visitors, including students, families, researchers, and individuals interested in the field. It offered an immersive educational experience through a series of interactive stations, enabling visitors to explore the fundamental principles of quantum science and gain insight into the opportunities presented by its advanced technologies.
During the closing ceremony, KSSO Supervisor General Dr. Khalid bin Abdulqader Taher delivered a keynote address highlighting the oasis’s pivotal role as a national platform that inspires future generations to engage with science and discovery.
C4IR Saudi Arabia Managing Director Dr. Basma Saleh Al-Buhairan noted that the exhibition contributed to making quantum science more accessible and to expanding visitors’ awareness of frontier technologies. She also commended the strong engagement demonstrated by attendees across the exhibition’s educational and interactive activities. She further expressed her appreciation to the partners and organizers for their efforts in delivering a successful event and enhancing its impact within the community, reinforcing the centre’s role as advancing awareness of the safe and ethical adoption of emerging and frontier technologies.
Taher and Al-Buhairan honored the organizing teams in recognition of their outstanding dedication and contributions, which were instrumental to the exhibition’s success and in effectively conveying its educational message to visitors.
