Google Cloud recently revealed a $750 million fund aimed at accelerating enterprise adoption of agentic AI. The company went on to address its global consulting partners for aid in scaling deployments.

The investment will be rolled out to support consulting giants including McKinsey & Company, Accenture, Capgemini and Deloitte.

As part of the programme, Google’s AI lab DeepMind will provide select partners with early access to Gemini models, enabling testing and feedback ahead of wider release. Google engineers will also be available to consulting teams to tackle complex technical challenges.

The initiative is designed to support AI prototyping, workforce training and the development of enterprise-ready AI agents built on Google’s Gemini platform. Funding will also be used to train engineers, support joint customer projects and provide incentives to encourage the use of AI tools.

Kevin Ichhpurani, president of Google Cloud’s global partner ecosystem, said consultancies “have become important channels for distributing AI technologies”, adding the company aims to “dedicate new resources and technology to support our partners as they accelerate our mutual customers’ agentic AI journeys”.

Jason Salzetti, Deloitte Consulting chair and CEO, noted “AI agents have the power to reshape enterprise workflows”, with Accenture chief strategy and services officer Manish Sharma adding the tie-up will help “clients realise tangible outcomes from agentic AI faster”.

Earlier today, Vodafone Business revealed it is working with Google Cloud to roll out AI and cybersecurity services to SMBs as part of an earlier $1 billion agreement.
