The Unified Contact Center 1966 at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah continues to provide critical services to pilgrims on the Day of Arafah, offering vital support and information on one of the most spiritually significant days of the Hajj journey across multiple channels in more than 11 languages.
Since the beginning of Dhu Al-Qadah, the center has handled over 167,000 calls. The 24-hour hub is accessible via the unified number 1966 within the Kingdom and the international line 920002814. Furthermore, pilgrims can reach support through the “Nusuk” application, email, and the ministry’s digital platforms, ensuring seamless access to assistance from anywhere across the holy sites.
The center functions as a direct communication channel between pilgrims and the broader service infrastructure. This real-time feedback allows the ministry to continuously assess field requirements and translate them into actionable procedures, ultimately facilitating a smoother journey during the most critical pillar of Hajj.
