“Mohammad Al Habib” Real Estate Company announced its participation as a platinum sponsor in the “Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show” (SLRE), which will be hosted in London from 24 to 28 August as part of the company’s plans to enhance its international presence and introduce its projects to global investors.

The inaugural SLRE edition will be held at The Peninsula London Hotel, marking the first event of its kind in the United Kingdom. It is organized in strategic partnership with the Real Estate General Authority. It will feature participation from real estate developers, institutional investors, family offices, wealth managers, and high-net-worth individuals.

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate plans to showcase its “Enar” and “Kaheel” projects at the show, highlighting its residential development models that emphasize integrated urban planning, services, and high-quality living environments.

Abdullah Al Habib, CEO of Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate, highlighted that participating in the Saudi Luxury Real Estate Show in London provides an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the progress of Saudi real estate projects.  He noted: “It also enables us to showcase community models we aim to develop to international investors.”

He emphasized that the Saudi market currently features robust investment prospects, driven by extensive urban transformation, diverse projects, and strong demand for high-quality residential and commercial properties.

He explained: “Choosing the Enar and Kaheel projects for the event reflects our development approach, which focuses on the importance of location, planning excellence, and integrated facilities, and does not end with the construction of the residential units. Our objective is to create communities that sustain their value and offer a balanced living experience, while also delivering real estate products that appeal for long-term investments.”

The “Enar” project is a mixed-use development destination, located on King Abdullah Road in the Al Hamra district of Riyadh, near the Riyadh Metro network. Spanning a total area of 250,000 square meters. It features residential units within an urban environment that blends heritage with contemporary design and integrated infrastructure, reinforcing the quality of living experience.

The “Kaheel” project, on the other hand, offers a residential concept inspired by the architectural identity of the Najd region, within a modern design. It covers a total area of  96,800 square meters and includes approximately 1,490 residential units, along with a range of amenities and services for residents.

Mohammad Al Habib Real Estate has over 55 years of experience in the Saudi market. During this time, it has developed over 50 million square meters of urban space and delivered more than 20,000 residential units across various residential and commercial projects and communities in the Kingdom.
