MAKKAH — Advisor at the Royal Court, member of the Council of Senior Scholars, and Imam and Preacher of the Grand Mosque Sheikh Saleh bin Abdullah bin Humaid affirmed that Saudi Arabia’s Hajj experience represents a global model for serving pilgrims in line with sustainable humanitarian and national values.

He noted that this is reflected in the culture of excellence and responsibility demonstrated by personnel working across the Hajj and Umrah system, embodying the values of Saudi society.

He made the remarks while addressing the second edition of the Hajj Guidance Symposium, organized by the General Administration of Guidance and Counseling at the Ministry of Interior in the Ministry of Interior Club in the Makkah Region.

Sheikh Bin Humaid noted that serving pilgrims is a national mission and an honor closely tied to the values upheld by the Saudi leadership and society, as well as to the enduring principles of generosity, care, and respect throughout the pilgrims’ journey from their arrival in the Kingdom until their departure.

He also highlighted the improved quality and efficiency of Hajj services through the use of technology and smart services, praising the high level of integration among government entities in serving pilgrims.
