    UnifyApps and Salam sign MoU to accelerate AI adoption across Saudi Arabia’s Government and Enterprise sectors

    Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam), a leading provider of telecommunications services and digital infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, and UnifyApps, a global provider of Agentic Automation technology, recently announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at enabling government entities and enterprise customers across Saudi Arabia to adopt AI and become AI-native organisations.

    The partnership was announced at LEAP 2026, where Salam is participating as a strategic sponsor under the theme, “Powering what’s next.”

    The collaboration combines Salam’s position as a local enabler with UnifyApps’ specialised Agentic Automation platform technology, creating a powerful offering that addresses the unique needs of Saudi government and enterprise customers seeking to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs through intelligent automation.

    Customers engaging with this partnership will benefit from a streamlined AI adoption journey, with Salam serving as a single point of contact for sales, support, and delivery while navigating Saudi Arabia’s specific regulatory, infrastructure, and operational requirements. The collaboration is designed to reduce adoption risk by pairing global platform innovation with local accountability and expertise.
