    Arab and Gulf leaders congratulate King Salman and Crown Prince on resounding success of Hajj

    MAKKAH — Several Arab and Gulf leaders congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman for their great efforts in making the 2026 Hajj a great success.

    Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Aboul Gheit commended the great success of this year’s Hajj operation. He praised the high level of organization and integrated services utilizing the latest technologies, which facilitated the pilgrims’ performance of the Hajj rituals with complete ease and in a serene spiritual atmosphere.

    He expressed his appreciation for the continuous care of King Salman and the Crown Prince in this regard. He affirmed that the dedication to serving the Two Holy Mosques and their guests remains highly valued by all Arabs and Muslims, wishing Saudi Arabia, its leadership, and its people continued security, stability, and prosperity.

    Aboul Gheit noted that Saudi Arabia’s success in organizing this annual Hajj reflects the Kingdom’s advanced capabilities, particularly in crowd management and the development of its logistical and digital infrastructure.

    Congratulating the Saudi leadership, Arab Parliament Speaker Mohammed Al-Yamahi stated that the integrated service matrix, highly sophisticated security presence, and orderly crowd dynamics witnessed across the holy sites reflect Saudi Arabia’s leading global stature in serving the Islamic community and its unwavering commitment to the safety of pilgrims.

    Al-Yamahi affirmed that the Arab Parliament regards Saudi Arabia’s tireless, multi-sector contributions to the Two Holy Mosques with the utmost pride and gratitude, praying for the nation’s enduring security, stability, and prosperity under its wise leadership.

    Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Jasem Albudaiwi extended his congratulations to King Salman and the Crown Prince on the success of the Hajj. He commended the Saudi government for its outstanding services and the generous care provided to the pilgrims.

    He praised the implementation of ambitious operational plans and the mobilization of significant resources and highly qualified personnel by the relevant authorities, noting that these comprehensive efforts enabled pilgrims to perform their rituals with absolute ease and tranquility.

    Albudaiwi prayed to God Almighty to perpetuate the Kingdom’s security and stability, grant its wise leadership continued success, and accept the pilgrims’ Hajj and ensure their safe return to their homelands.

    Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman congratulated King Salman and the Crown Prince on the success of this year’s Hajj. In a congratulatory cable, Sultan Haitham expressed his appreciation for the great efforts exerted by the Kingdom’s government to serve pilgrims. He praised the tangible development witnessed annually during the Hajj season through the use of the latest technologies and the mobilization of all resources to enable pilgrims to perform their rituals with ease, tranquility, and safety. He prayed to God to grant the Kingdom continued success in organizing this blessed annual ritual and in caring for the Two Holy Mosques and the holy sites.

    Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah congratulated the Saudi leaders on the success of Hajj. In a cable sent to King Salman, Sheikh Meshal expressed his sincere congratulations on this great success, saying that the Saudi government sectors mobilized round-the-clock efforts to eliminate obstacles and provide exceptional services to pilgrims.

    He further praised the ongoing expansion and development at the Grand Mosque, as well as the introduction of new services and smart technologies that have contributed to meeting the needs of pilgrims and facilitating their performance of the Hajj rituals. In a similar cable, Sheikh Meshal congratulated the Crown Prince on the success of the Hajj season.

    King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain congratulated King Salman on the great success and meticulous organization of this year’s Hajj. In a cable, King Hamad praised all ministries, sectors, and relevant authorities that dedicated their round-the-clock efforts and resources to ensure the success of the Hajj.

    The king of Bahrain commended the ongoing expansion projects at the Grand Mosque in Makkah and the deployment of advanced smart technologies across all facilities and holy sites.
