Health Holding Company, represented by the Madinah Health Cluster, will launch two specialized emergency healthcare leadership programs in AlUla from November 15 to 19, 2026.

Organized in collaboration with Mass General Brigham and the International Emergency Department Leadership Institute, the events will convene healthcare practitioners, emergency medicine experts, and representatives from health clusters Kingdom-wide at Maraya Hall.

The first five-day program, “Leadership Essentials in Emergency Care,” offers 28 continuing medical education (CME) hours and focuses on operational efficiency, overcrowding management, and quality standards for clinical leaders, physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators. The second three-day program, “Certified Emergency Department Executive,” provides 17 CME hours on risk management, workforce planning, and crisis decision-making for candidates seeking CEDE certification.

The initiative supports the Urgent Care System under the Saudi Model of Care and advances the Health Sector Transformation Program of Saudi Vision 2030 by improving emergency department efficiency, patient access, and clinical leadership.

Health Holding delivers comprehensive healthcare across 20 regional health clusters in Saudi Arabia, advancing the Saudi Model of Care by prioritizing prevention, improving care delivery, and expanding access for beneficiaries.
