RIYADH — The forecast of the National Center for Meteorology (NCM) indicated that the Riyadh region would witness moderate to heavy rainfall from Monday through Friday. It noted that the heaviest rainfall is expected on Thursday and Friday. RIYADH — The property price index in Saudi Arabia recorded a decline of 1.6 percent during the first quarter of 2026, compared to the same quarter of the previous year. This was mainly driven by a 3.6 percent drop in the residential sector, as well as a drop in the prices of land, apartments, and villas. RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s domestic liquidity (money supply-M3) surged SR255.7 billion or 8.4 percent, reaching SR3.289 trillion by the end of February 2026, compared to SR3.033 trillion during the same period in 2025, according to the monthly statistical bulletin issued by the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
