MEXICO CITY — A flesh-eating parasite that feeds on warm-blooded animals has been detected in the United States for the first time since 1966, exposing the nation’s cattle herd to a serious new threat, the US Department of Agriculture has said. The announcement comes as a blow to US cattle ranchers who have been bracing for a domestic screwworm outbreak as the pest has advanced north through Mexico over the past year. Efforts…

The exhibition explains the historical significance of the piece, showing how it contributed to…

The 53-to-46 vote began debate on legislation that was supposed to unite Republicans around Trump’s hard-line immigration enforcement agenda, but has instead become a flashpoint for clashes…

We have watched from afar as Hollywood and social media feeds turned a class of chronic disease medications into the ultimate cultural status symbol. But this week, the UAE entered a new chapter in the rapid weight-loss conversation. In a decisive move, the Emirates Drug Establishment approved Wegovy (oral semaglutide) as a once-daily pill for long-term weight management in adults.
