Dubai — Hiperdist, a leading technology distributor across the Middle East and Africa, announced its appointment as an Authorised Huawei Cloud Distributor for the UAE. The agreement builds on a successful Hiperdist and Huawei collaboration spanning more than seven years across Africa and marks a significant step in expanding Huawei Cloud’s partner ecosystem and strengthening cloud capabilities in the UAE, leveraging Hiperdist VAD’s regional expertise and market reach.

Adil Ali, General Manager at Hiperdist Gulf, said, “The UAE continues to be one of the region’s most dynamic markets for cloud adoption and digital innovation. Building on our successful collaboration with Huawei Cloud across Africa, we are excited to extend this partnership into the UAE. By combining Huawei Cloud’s advanced cloud and AI capabilities with Hiperdist’s channel reach and enablement expertise, we will help partners deliver innovative solutions that enable organisations to modernise IT environments, leverage cloud technologies effectively, and unlock new opportunities for growth.”

As organisations across the UAE increase investments in AI, digital transformation, and cloud technologies, demand continues to grow for secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud platforms. Through this partnership, Hiperdist will help expand access to Huawei Cloud’s portfolio of cloud, AI, and data services for enterprises, government entities, small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), cloud service providers (CSPs), independent software vendors (ISVs), and fast-growing digital-native organisations across the country.

Masood Sheikh, Head of AI, Cloud and Enterprise Solutions Group (AI & ESG) at Hiperdist Gulf, added, “As organisations increasingly adopt cloud-first strategies and invest in AI-driven innovation, partners play a critical role in guiding successful transformation initiatives. Through this collaboration, we are focused on equipping our channel ecosystem with the technical enablement, solution advisory services, architecture support, and commercial programs required to build sustainable cloud practices.

“Together with Huawei Cloud, we will help partners deliver cloud and AI solutions, develop differentiated offerings, and achieve measurable business outcomes across key industries.”

As an Authorised Huawei Cloud Distributor, Hiperdist will focus on expanding Huawei Cloud’s partner ecosystem in the UAE through partner recruitment, enablement, and market development initiatives. The collaboration will support partners in addressing growing customer requirements for cloud migration, AI solutions, infrastructure modernisation, and managed cloud services across key industries.

Barry Xu, Vice President of Partner Development, Huawei Cloud Middle East & Central Asia, said, “The UAE is a strategic market for cloud innovation and digital transformation, and we are pleased to expand our collaboration with Hiperdist into the country. Hiperdist has demonstrated strong success in developing the Huawei Cloud ecosystem across Africa, and we look forward to working together to strengthen partner capabilities and help organisations leverage cloud and AI technologies to drive innovation and business growth.”

The partnership reinforces Hiperdist and Huawei Cloud’s commitment to advancing cloud adoption and digital transformation across the UAE. Together, Hiperdist and Huawei Cloud will empower partners and customers with the technology, expertise, and support required to modernise infrastructure, optimise IT investments, foster innovation, and achieve sustainable growth in an increasingly digital economy.
