The Makkah Route Initiative in Istanbul, Republic of Türkiye, has presented an advanced model for leveraging modern technology to streamline procedures for beneficiaries with ease and convenience. This reflects the technological advancement in services provided to pilgrims.
The technologies enable automated processing of beneficiaries’ procedures through biometric data capture, facial image capture, and passport data reading, ensuring the highest levels of security and reliability.
The Makkah Route Initiative is part of the Kingdom’s efforts to facilitate procedures for pilgrims and enhance the quality of services provided to them, from departure from their home countries until arrival at the holy sites.
