RIYADH — The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) launched a new set of training programs under its “Hadaf for Leadership” initiative, aimed at empowering national talent and enhancing readiness to lead economic transformation in support of Saudi Vision 2030 objectives. The programs are being implemented in partnership with ESCP Business School in Paris.

The first cohort started in Riyadh and will run for three months using an integrated training model that combines in-person instruction, distance learning, and practical workplace application to maximize impact and improve outcomes.
The initiative aims to develop national leaders with advanced leadership, strategic thinking, and effective decision-making skills. It seeks to enable them to lead private sector institutions efficiently and competitively at local and global levels.
The program is expected to enhance institutional performance, increase productivity, and improve workplace environments. It also focuses on transferring and localizing global best practices in leadership through applied training experiences, practical projects, and direct mentorship from a select group of international experts, both in person and virtually. The initiative aims to prepare a new generation of leaders capable of adapting to rapid global changes and leading the future economy with confidence and efficiency.
