RIYADH — The General Directorate of Civil Defense celebrated the graduation of 40 female recruits who completed a qualification program in civil defense operations, safety and fire protection. The graduation ceremony was attended by Director General of Civil Defense Lt. Gen. Dr. Hamoud Al-Faraj at the directorate’s headquarters in Riyadh.
