Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana said Monday that it had appointed the former Gucci boss Stefano Cantino as its co-chief executive, part of a management shake-up as it seeks to refinance its debt. SYDNEY — Australia has appointed a woman to head its army for the first time in its 125-year history, as part of a reshuffle in the leadership of the country’s defense forces.
